“ This may be my favorite taco shop in San Diego County. The $5 tacos (as of March 2025) are huge and so flavorful. I love their adobada tacos, but most anything there is good. I also recommend their chile relleno, which one can order a la carte. And they have a drive thru with quick service. ”

“ My friends had mentioned this spot to me in the past, but I just hadn't been yet. So, after a hair appointment and shopping, I was hungry. I decided to try it for a quick bite on my way home. I used the drive through and ordered a bean and cheese burrito just to give it a basic try. There were about four cars ahead of me, but I know that sometimes it's popular and the lines are longer than that. It moved relatively quickly. I had a few add-ons to my burrito so it ended up being about $11. I guess that's probably about average around here. The cashier was friendly and quick and I was on my way. My burrito was good but nothing special. I guess since it's just a bean and cheese burrito I shouldn't expect much though. It was hot and had the right amount of beans and cheese mixed in the tortilla was very fresh and delicious . It hit the spot. I would love to come back and try other things, and I will based on my first experience . The train is a fun place.. ”
“ I've been on the search for a surf and turf burrito in San Marcos. And I think I've found the spot!! A friend of ours mentioned they had legit burritos. I came on a holiday Monday to avoid the HS students. The place was full but no lines and didn't have to wait long. The surf & turf burrito was delicious. It came with plenty of carne asada, shrimp, rice, chipotle cream and cheese. The cheese was perfectly melted and some had a slight crunch. The meat was perfectly seasoned and shrimp whole. The chipotle cream sealed the deal and brought all ingredients together. Delicious. My favorite surf and turf burrito in San Marcos. ”
